🔴 We would like to say a huge thank you to Kelsey Seivwright and her family for the donation of a mobile defibrillator. The defibrillator has been donated in loving memory of Kacey Seivwright who sadly passed away at a young age in 2021. Having the defibrillator allows for a quick response time in the case of a cardiac arrest. Thank you!

Today we mark World Suicide Prevention Day. This year focuses on "Changing the Narrative on Suicide", reminding us that suicide should not be shrouded in silence and stigma. If you're worried about someone the best thing you can do is to Start the Conversation, it really can make a difference. International Association for Suicide Prevention says “we can create a more supportive and compassionate society where suicide is preventable, and everyone feels valued and understood. Start the conversation today. Every conversation, no matter how small, contributes to a more supportive and understanding society. 🔴 On Saturday we attended the Celebrate Aberdeen parade! Our volunteer, Shannon, had the fantastic opportunity to lead the parade of over 3000 people down Union Street with the Celebrate Aberdeen flag. It was great to see the amount of support shown throughout the city! 😁 #AFCCT10
