🔴 We would like to say a huge thank you to Kelsey Seivwright and her family for the donation of a mobile defibrillator. The defibrillator has been donated in loving memory of Kacey Seivwright who sadly passed away at a young age in 2021. Having the defibrillator allows for a quick response time in the case of a cardiac arrest. Thank you!

Today we mark World Suicide Prevention Day. This year focuses on "Changing the Narrative on Suicide", reminding us that suicide should not be shrouded in silence and stigma. If you're worried about someone the best thing you can do is to Start the Conversation, it really can make a difference. International Association for Suicide Prevention says “we can create a more supportive and compassionate society where suicide is preventable, and everyone feels valued and understood. Start the conversation today. Every conversation, no matter how small, contributes to a more supportive and understanding society. Together, we can make a difference and work towards a future where suicide prevention is prioritized, and everyone feels supported to get the help that works for them" Whether you need support or want to help someone else, there are loads of amazing local organisations here for you, you just need to start the conversation. Community support and getting help early is so important, and we've gathered messages of hope from some organisations that are here to help. #ANDYSMANCLUB Station House Media Unit Aberdeen FC Community Trust Grampian Regional Equality Council Ltd Four Pillars Aberdeen Foyer SAMH Cruse Scotland Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide
