The Avocet Hardware Group Ltd is happy to announce that Michelle Hamer is to head the operational side of its ABS Division, the home of ABS 3 Star Cylinders. Michelle, a founding member of the team that helped establish the ABS brand in the early days of Anti-Snap cylinders, returns to ABS after a successful ten years with the Door & Window Division of the Avocet Hardware Group. "Michelle's knowledge and experience of ABS products and our customers will ensure that the expansion plans for ABS are managed with expertise and understanding," commented Steve Ross, Commercial Director at ABS. He added, "Michelle will oversee the ABS customer service department and coordinate the implementation of the ABS customer-tailored service packages and interactions." Upon her promotion, Michelle commented, "It's amazing to have this opportunity to work with the ABS Division again. ABS products have been with me since the beginning of the brand, and I've always watched its development with a sense of pride." The event was open to all Locksmiths with the focus being ‘hands-on’ experience with pinning and assembly of ABS Cylinders and Padlocks.
