It is World Mental Health Day and the 'theme' for this year is Mental Health at Work. Safe, healthy working environments can act as a protective factor for mental health. Unhealthy conditions including stigma, discrimination, and exposure to risks like harassment and other poor working conditions, can pose significant risks, affecting mental health, overall quality of life and consequently participation or productivity at work. With 60% of the global population in work, urgent action is needed to ensure work prevents risks to mental health and protects and supports mental health at work. That is why @ACOSTE is giving it's staff the day off, so all individuals can spend time on what they enjoy and contributes to their mental well being. We will all be back tomorrow, feeling more refreshed and reinvigorated. #mentalhealthmatters #WorldMentalHealthDay #wellbeing

Looking forward to presenting tomorrow at this two-day conference. Thankfully the conference is in English as my French would not be up to it! New connections, new thoughts and is there anything we can use for different industries? I will be able to answer this by the end of tomorrow. #SCEC #Crossindustry #CPD #differentindustries
