🌸 Today is World Menopause Day! 🌸 Thanks to our fabulous team who ran Menopause awareness training today. Such a positive session which focussed on helping everyone better understand experiences of menopause and how we can support those colleagues going through the menopause journey. Our goal is to give all employees practical tools to feel comfortable discussing menopause, and feel confident to ask for help should they need it. Yesterday we held our workshop for the The Leasing Foundation Industry Insights programme 🚀    Hosted by our own Amandeep Pabla and Sonia Fellah, the theme of the day was #Leadership - and we couldn’t have asked for a better agenda!   Our CFO Tom Denman, and COO Lisa Farrell came to share their career journeys in the sector and reflect on key leadership lessons learned, and provided valuable insights during our engaging Q&A session 💡   Next, attendees took part in a dynamic leadership training workshop led by the fantastic Sally Strong, where we explored our own leadership styles, learned when to apply them, and identified areas for growth 🏆   A huge thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to such a productive and inspiring day.   And of course, thank you to the Leasing Foundation for this great cross-industry initiative focused on retaining and developing young talent in the business finance sector!   #Leasing #ProfessionalDevelopment #Networking #CareerDevelopment #AssetFinance

At Acquis, we believe that mental health matters—today and every day. This year’s theme, set by the World Federation of Mental Health, focuses on workplace mental health, highlighting the vital role that workplaces play in supporting the well-being of individuals, teams, and communities.   To raise awareness and promote mental wellness in our offices, we’ve organised a few activities:   🧑⚕️A Sports Injury/Soft Tissue Therapist visited our Newport office to help prevent and manage musculoskeletal issues from prolonged screen use. 🧠Our dedicated mental health first aiders were available all day to introduce themselves and discuss their role. 🍎Nutritious snacks were provided to boost brain function, mood, and overall well-being.
