We will be doing a 4 part series looking into depowdering, shot blasting, vapor smoothing and lastly dyeing. We'll look into what they all are, benefits and how it's done. So, let's begin...what is depowering? Depowdering is an important and thorough stage for powder-based technologies such as SLS or MJF. After parts have been printed, they are covered in excess powder which needs to be removed.
