Last, but by no means least Stephanie Shaw is the final speaker to announce on our star studded panel! Stephanie is a dynamic presenter and creative consultant who brings a unique blend of expertise and passion to her work. Specialising in disciplines such as art direction, content creation, and copywriting, she has honed her skills through more than three years of experience in the industry. Over this time, Stephanie has collaborated with a number of brands and organisations, including Just Eat, Greggs, National Highways and the BBC, creating impactful and engaging content that resonates with a broad audience. In 2021, Stephanie was diagnosed with ADHD and later self-diagnosed as autistic, embarking on a personal journey of understanding her neurodivergence. Navigating this has presented both challenges and opportunities, profoundly shaping her approach to creativity and work. Instead of being held back by these challenges, Stephanie has embraced them as part of her identity, leveraging her neurodivergent perspective to think outside the box and approach creative projects with a fresh, innovative mindset. Stephanie's authenticity and openness about her experiences have allowed her to build a strong personal brand, particularly on TikTok, where she has cultivated a supportive community of fellow AuDHDers. Her content, blending humor, relatability, and authenticity, offers an empowering space for others navigating similar journeys. By sharing her own experiences with neurodivergence and creativity, Stephanie not only raises awareness but also inspires others to embrace their unique strengths.
