Reflecting on Our Collaboration with Cheshire West & Chester Council We had the privilege of partnering with Cheshire West and Chester Council to modernise their office spaces, supporting a more agile and collaborative workforce. By consolidating nine buildings into three agile hubs in Ellesmere Port (28,847 sq ft), Chester (7,050 sq ft), and Winsford (19,030 sq ft), we created flexible workspaces that enhance teamwork and employee well-being. This transformation has led to improved efficiency and created better work environments. We’re revisiting our transformation of 2 Hardman Street in Manchester’s Spinningfields district. In collaboration with Bluesky Design Interiors Limited and JLL UK, we delivered 65,000 sq.ft of state-of-the-art workspace over a 30-week period. The project features a stunning reception area, a ground-floor business lounge, Grade A office spaces across multiple floors, and first-class welfare facilities—all designed to enhance employee experience and support productivity.
