🚨 Calling Founders-Ex-Founders considering a Career Transition! 🚨 After a nice summer break, I'm excited to announce our next Former Founders event, set for October 17th in Central London. Having walked my own entrepreneurial path and supported many founders within the ecosystem, it's evident that transitioning from founder to the next phase of a career isn't straight forward. Why? Job board algorithms often don’t favour this unique experience. Founders themselves may question the relevance of their skills, and some employers might hesitate to hire someone who’s previously been an owner. To help guide this conversation, we’re thrilled to be collaborating with an executive coach specialising in this very space. They’ll join me in leading the discussion (more details on them to come soon). We will be delving into the mindset shift, working on how to position their experience/achievements and open up the possibilities available to them. This will be our third event of its kind, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. These sessions have provided tremendous value to those navigating this transition.
