We are delighted to share a glimpse of our ongoing internal refurbishment project for Hettich Jewellers in St. Helier, Jersey. They are the island’s only authorized Patek Philippe and Rolex showroom. ⌚ At AIMA Interiors, we are managing every aspect of this project, providing a full turnkey service from planning through to the final details. One of the standout features of this project is the design and construction of bespoke curved display units with safety glass. These units are not only technically challenging to create due to the very narrow radius and high security specs but are also extremely rare, you won’t even find them in Tiffany’s or other luxury boutiques. 💎 We are excited to bring this intricate vision to life, ensuring that Hettich’s luxury timepieces are showcased in a truly unique and elegant setting that reflects the heritage of these iconic brands. We are proud to once again collaborate with NG Hotels on NG Phaselis Bay, their new luxury resort destination in Kemer, Antalya. This project showcases our dedication to excellence and our ability to create bespoke, high-end interiors that elevate the guest experience. We are thrilled to present the latest photos of the Enjoy Patisserie, a centrepiece of the resort. Our scope included the fit out and FF&E to perfectly display the mouth-watering pastries, freshly baked cookies, macarons and homemade chocolates. From the elegant showcases to the inviting seating areas, every detail was carefully considered to create an atmosphere of indulgence and sophistication. Working on NG Phaselis Bay allowed us to push the boundaries of our creativity and craftsmanship. We utilised premium materials to ensure that the patisserie not only looks stunning but also functions seamlessly for both staff and guests. This decision to harness solar energy has not only empowered us to reduce our carbon footprint but has also transformed the way we approach energy sustainability. During the summer months, our solar panels work tirelessly, often overproducing energy. Instead of letting this surplus go to waste, we've made a conscious choice to sell it on, contributing to the local energy grid and promoting renewable energy in our community. Even during the winter, when the days are shorter, our solar panels continue to provide for us. In fact, they cover an impressive 70% of our energy needs during these colder months. The remaining 30% is sourced from other renewable sources, ensuring that our commitment to sustainability remains unwavering year-round. At Aima Interiors, we're not just about manufacturing products; we're also about shaping a sustainable future. A preview of our current project with Lujo, a client we have worked closely with for many years. They opened in 2018 and have won numerous awards including the prestigious World's Leading Luxury Beach & Lifestyle Resort in 2020. According to Tripadvisor, in 2021 they were in the top 10% of hotels worldwide! The 28 new luxury villas have been meticulously planned, from the door sets and internal cladding to the kitchens, walk-in wardrobes, loose furniture and metalwork. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, our team is ensuring that each element contributes to the overall ambiance of understated elegance and refined sophistication. Following completion, Lujo will commence projects in exotic destinations such as the Maldives, Cancun and Ibiza. The Maldives project has already been signed and will be realised in the next few years. Aima Interiors was privileged to collaborate with Rok (Jersey’s largest and foremost construction company) to deliver IFC 6, the latest building of Jersey’s International Finance Centre. The 69,500 sq. ft, column-free office is spread over five storeys and has achieved an excellent BREEAM rating. The office is designed for modern business and has a WiredScore Gold certification. Hence, it is not surprising the building is fully let for the long-term by Aztec Group and Butterfield Bank. Our scope included the reception desks, kitchens and banquette seating. We are already working on our next exciting collaboration with Rok in Jersey and look forward to supporting them on many more projects. Our latest contract with the Four Seasons is in the heart of Istanbul and will set new standards in luxury living experiences. The sleek and stylish design throughout is by Metex Design and our scope consists of bespoke joinery for several of the high-end living spaces with different floor plans and fitted furniture for the public areas. Aima Interiors will be focusing on premium finishes for the lobby, reception areas and lounges. The amenities we are most excited to begin working on include an indoor swimming pool, outdoor garden decks, golf simulator suite, sauna & steam rooms, spa facilities for private treatments, state-of-the-art fitness centre and private cinema.
