Meet our Akeno Team 👥 Peter is an experienced Senior Transformation Programme Manager/Director with a Global background of developing, delivering, and managing large complex transformational change programmes for Local Government, Fire and Rescue Services, Utilities, NHS, and the telecoms sector. Delivering 20 years of senior interim transformational assignments, he is a high-profile Interim Director with strong leadership and team development skills and gravitas. Peter provides a potent balance of marketing, business, technical and commercial skills to ensure successful development, delivery, and communication of complex solutions. Crucially, he is also a “critical friend” providing coaching, mentoring, and development, in order to leave an enduring legacy. He has practical experience of driving transformation within public and private sector and extensive experience of managing all key stakeholders throughout each stage of transformation. When Peter is not working, he enjoys time with his family, and in his most important role to date of Grandad to Daisy and Lucas. As an advanced open water scuba diver, he enjoys exploring the undersea world, and is passionate about keeping fit and motorcycling. Andy is a highly experienced Programme Manager with a proven track record in managing complex programmes and projects using a variety methodologies, including Agile, Kanban and Waterfall. With expertise in overseeing the complete project lifecycle—from inception to implementation and ongoing development. Starting his first key project role in 2004 Andy has 20 years’ experience in programme and project management, working in the Telecoms, Information Technology and Automotive industries. His key skills encompass programme and project management, problem-solving, risk management, stakeholder engagement, resource management, decision making and leadership. In recent years he has managed multiple eCommerce programmes aligning to organisations objects to change their business model. Professional qualifications include Agile Project Management and PRINCE2 Practitioner certifications, complemented by a background in computer studies and quantitative methods. Andy is passionate about using technology and processes to drive change, whilst continuously seeking to improve collaboration, decision-making, and programme outcomes.
