Great to see the time lapse from our recently completed project in Greenwich for Greenwich Millennium Village Limited. A great effort from of our team delivering this scheme alongside a fantastic GMV client team. We joined the project at the end of RIBA stage 3 and quickly worked through some tricky phasing and logistics issues before procuring the contractor and seeing through the delivery phase to completion. We are pleased to confirm we have been successfully appointed by the London Borough of Haringey to provide Development Management and Project Management Services to the Council in relation to the delivery of their High Road West Regeneration Project. The scheme is a development agreement partnership between London Borough Haringey and Lendlease and consists of the delivery of a total of around 1,500 new homes across 7nr phases in its first phase. The scheme is located between White Hart Lane station and Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and consists of over 500 social affordable rent homes, and around 1,000 open market sale units including new library, healthcare and extensive public realm works including a new town square. We are delighted to continue our relationship with the London borough of Haringey and our ongoing work on this important scheme.
