We're looking for: 2 x Junior-Mid Level Talent Partners - One focused on Tech, the other on Commercial and Business 2 x Mid-Senior Talent Partners - One focused on Tech, the other on Commercial and Business Naturally therefore, experience hiring for complex engineering roles in Artificial Intelligence is key, and within the frame of Business hiring the core focus is on Strategic Operational recruiting. German language speaking is essential for the roles in Munich. Salaries range from £50k / €57.5k to £80k / €90k dependent on experience. Roles arte hybrid, with 2-3 days in the office. Here's the pins: 📌 Talent Acquisition and Performance Partner Looking for a Technical / Generalist Recruiter who has also had some exposure to Performance Management and Development implementations and continous improvement strategies. A blended operation scenario working at the front and back end of the Talent attraction, engagement and development ecosystem. 📌 Performance Development Partner FLX (3-6 month initial) Project focused on the implementation and ongoing enhancement of performance management framework, including processes for performance reviews, goal setting, and feedback and development programs. Working in support of the Talent Development team by providing leadership learning resources connected to performance management, such as continuous feedback and recognition initiatives. 📌 Talent & Performance Audit FLX (2-4 week assignment) Short-term assignment providing a critical assemement and précis of current Performance and Talent Management paradigms, with a conclusive review that will stand as the foundational documentation for change. It wouldn't take a genius to work out that these roles and the proposed scenarios are all linked and mutually contributory.
