As the construction partner behind this groundbreaking project for the Royal Borough of Greenwich, we are honoured to have played a part in bringing this state-of-the-art, zero-carbon facility to life. Royal Hill is the first of its kind in the borough, designed to provide an inclusive, sustainable, and supportive home for people with learning disabilities and autistic people. Royal Hill Independent Living Service, our innovative home for people with learning disabilities and autistic people, has been shortlisted in the Future Spaces category at this year's Local Government Chronicle (LGC) Awards. Aimed at improving the lives of residents and helping to foster a sense of community and belonging, every element of the state-of-the-art, zero carbon facility was designed to meet the needs of the people who call it home. The LGC Future Places Award recognises councils using their spending power to work creatively with new suppliers to reduce carbon emissions, enable greater inclusion, and harness digital technologies. Councillor Mariam Lolavar, Cabinet Member for Health, Adult Social Care and Borough of Sanctuary said: “It’s fantastic that our trailblazing Independent Living Service has been recognised as an example of what the future of supported living could be.” “Royal Hill is a testament to the council’s commitment to inclusivity, compassion, and dignity for all members of our community, and the vision that good health helps people live their best life. We appreciate Mark’s hard work with us and look forward to continued growth together 💯!

Come rain ☔️ or shine ☀️, work is ongoing in Tower Hamlets where we’re building 10 zero carbon ♻️, new build homes in partnership with the Royal Borough of Tower Hamlets 🤝. As well as this 3-storey building of 10 GLA funded social rent dwellings, there will be an extensive redesign of the surrounding landscape 🌳. This will transform this area of Tower Hamlets, into communal gardens and a new play space for the local community 🛝.

This week, we hosted an Employer & Apprenticeship Event at our Havering Sixth Form campus! Students connected with top employers like Ryanair - Europe's Favourite Airline Balfour Beatty NatWest Group J.P. Morgan Cisco Alexander James Contracts Limited and more to explore apprenticeships and career pathways. A special shoutout to former student Izelda, who attended last year, secured an apprenticeship with Bakers, and returned this year as a company representative! 👏 #NAW2025
