Happy International Women’s Day! Today, we celebrate the amazing women who are breaking barriers and making waves in the construction and modular building industries. At Algeco, we are committed to fostering an inclusive culture where everyone, regardless of gender, feels empowered to thrive. As of the end of 2024, 28.62% of our team were women - nearly double the industry average of 14.7%. We celebrate this progress while also acknowledge much to be done. We remain committed to transparency by actively tracking, reviewing, and disclosing our gender pay gaps. Additionally, we regularly review our policies on flexible working, parental leave, and wellbeing to support our people. Since 2022, we’ve partnered with the social enterprise Hey Girls to provide free period products in our service centres and on our customers’ sites, helping to create a more inclusive workplace while supporting the fight against period poverty in the UK.
