How many employers have an effective wellbeing strategy? We conducted a short poll of the 150 Oxfordshire employers and HR professionals who attended Allen Associates HR Hub ahead of World Mental Health Week 2024, to find out. Just 17% said they had a 'great' one. Everyone else either said theirs needed reviewing and updating (39%) or they didn't have one at all (44%).
