Al Rayan Bank Donates £74,578 to Support Ten Charities Across the UK We’re thrilled to announce that we have donated a total of £74,578 to support ten incredible charities, each receiving £7,457.80! This initiative showcases our commitment to making a positive impact in communities around our London and Birmingham offices, as well as across the UK. Our colleagues played a crucial role in selecting these charities, ensuring the process was inclusive and representative of causes close to our hearts. Here’s a shoutout to the amazing beneficiaries: · Cancer Research UK: Cancer Research UK (CRUK) · Sands UK (Stillbirth and Neonatal Death Society): Sands - baby loss charity · Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB): RNIB · The National Society for Phenylketonuria (NSPKU): NSPKU · Centrepoint: Centrepoint · Crisis UK: Crisis · Acorns Children’s Hospice: Acorns Children's Hospice · Shooting Star Children’s Hospices: Shooting Star Children's Hospices · Ammalife Ammalife · Ladywood Community Project: https://lnkd.in/g23yxVNx Harpreet Dhillon, our Chief People & Sustainability Officer, shared, “We’re proud to be able to make these donations at a time when the demand for services provided by charitable organisations is higher than ever. At Al Rayan Bank, we pride ourselves on being ‘one team’ – a value we live by every day – and so, it was important to us to ensure that the process to select these charities was inclusive, ensuring voices from across the Bank were heard and we could support causes close to people’s hearts.” The donation from Al Rayan Bank includes £1,046.55 from customers who have requested their money be donated to charity. For example, this could be from closed accounts with low balances that customers prefer to donate rather than receive. https://lnkd.in/g6nSxDWn #AlRayanBank #CommunitySupport #CharityDonation #MakingADifference #OneTeam · Image one: Alison Suckling, Family Support Worker, Shooting Star’s Children’s Hospice receives a donation from Harpreet Dhillon, Al Rayan Bank Chief People & Sustainability Officer. · Image two: Ben Collins, Head of Marketing & Communications, Al Rayan Bank donating to Ladywood Community Project · Image three: Dr Leah Fitzsimmons of Ammalife receives the donation from Anna Pickering, Senior Product Manager, Al Rayan Bank.

Al Rayan Bank’s Leadership Day at Cliveden House! Following in the legendary footsteps of the Beatles and Sherlock Holmes, our senior leaders recently gathered at the iconic Cliveden House in Berkshire for an unforgettable day of leadership training and team-building activities! The morning kicked off with an insightful management training session led by Performance Coach Terry Reynolds, alongside our Head of Departments. The energy was high as the group was later joined by members of the Executive Management Committee for an afternoon filled with fun and engaging team-building exercises. Cliveden House, an Italianate mansion nestled in the stunning Berkshire countryside, has not only hosted our senior leaders but also served as the backdrop for many famous films, including the 2019 Sherlock Holmes and the Beatles’ 1965 classic, Help! #Leadership #TeamBuilding #AlRayanBank #ClivedenHouse
