We're thrilled to be bringing A Walk to Remember to Wilton House near Salisbury in September - it will be a magnificent setting for our second #memorywalk of 2024. This one is just five miles (with a one-mile accessible route for anyone who prefers a gentler challenge). We'll start with a fun group warm-up and end with live music, homemade refreshments and a medal for every finisher. Please sign up to join us! It will be a great day out and every penny raised will support people affected by dementia in Wiltshire.

We have said a fond farewell to our head of community services, Kate Sharpe, who has left after nine years at Alzheimer's Support. Many people with dementia and their families were encouraged to come along to our cafes, singing, art and nature groups, and so many carers were supported through our training and groups - because of Kate and the team she led. Enjoy your next chapter Kate, you'll be missed! And welcome to Jon Mansfield, our new head of service, pictured receiving the 'baton of community services'. We're glad to have you with us!
