About us
At aMAZing Therapy Centre C.I.C. (aTC), we provide psychotherapy to individuals aged 16 and above, empowering them to grow and enhance their well-being. Our mission centres on offering tailored, client-focused support, extending beyond our standard six-week program if necessary. We use a person-centred approach grounded in unconditional positive regard, creating a safe, non-judgemental environment for self-exploration and acceptance, leading to significant personal growth. Our target market includes individuals over 16 who can afford counselling services, with revenue subsidising those who cannot. We offer free or subsidised counselling to: Victims and perpetrators of domestic abuse: Helping victims heal and supporting perpetrators in changing harmful behaviours. Those on probation: Addressing issues like substance abuse, anger management, and mental health to reduce recidivism. Residents of the YMCA: Supporting mental health and personal development during transitional periods. Young adults facing economic hardship: Providing affordable counselling to low-income individuals, including students and young workers. Victims of crime and violence: Aiding recovery by helping victims cope with trauma and rebuild their lives. Youth at risk of offending: Offering early intervention to help at-risk youth develop coping mechanisms and resilience. By targeting these groups, we aim to reduce crime and foster supportive communities. Our commitment includes community-benefiting activities and providing affordable, professional counselling services. At aTC, we strive to be a national force for transformation, extending our services worldwide. Hello LinkedIn Family, I hope you are all doing well. As part of Abhijeet Patil's Master's thesis at Cranfield University, he is conducting a survey to explore the relationships between Brand Authenticity, Client Experience, Public Perception of Mental Health, Integrated Marketing Communications, and Corporate Brand Image within mental health non-profit organisations. Your input is invaluable and will greatly contribute to his research. The survey will take approximately 4 minutes to complete, and all responses are confidential. We are very proud of the success of yesterday's event, hosted in collaboration with Red Kite Community Housing 😎 The event aimed to bring together a variety of individuals and organisations for networking within the mental health community of the Thames Valley region. Todd Ricketts and his team from the Red Kite Community Housing held a powerful speech, along side with our amazing guest speakers Jules Bottazzi, Head of Violence Reduction at Thames Valley OPCC, and Melissa Hinton, Head of Social Care at Buckinghamshire, Oxford Health NHS Foundation. Together, we are breaking down barriers and promoting a more supportive environment for mental health awareness. A heartfelt thank you to all who joined us, whether you contributed your voice, listened attentively, or played a role in making this day possible! ✨ This event marks a significant milestone for our organisation, and we look forward to what the future holds! 🥰 #mentalhealth #thamesvalley #community #communitysupport

We are pleased to announce a major milestone in our endeavour to spread mental health and well-being awareness throughout the Thames Valley region. Our recent approval of the Thames Valley Community Fund enabled us to receive £9,720 in funding for a critical project to extend our offering of counselling services. With this grant, we will provide 162 hours of transformative counselling, which the individuals will receive free of charge. These sessions address a variety of issues and are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual who comes to us. They are designed to be flexible and accessible in person, online, or phone counselling. We are explicitly contacting anyone in the Thames Valley jurisdiction—including Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, and Berkshire—who is 16 years of age or older and on the "Out of Court Disposal" Scheme. We invite you to step forward if you or someone you know could benefit from this chance. Please note that the spaces are limited, so reserve yours right now. Our partnership with Thames Valley Police, especially through the "Out of Court Disposal" initiative, demonstrates our commitment to assisting community members with mental health issues. We are pleased to collaborate with Buckinghamshire Mental Health Support Officers to strengthen our integrated approach to treatment. This success is a big step forward in our ongoing endeavour to promote personal growth, resilience, and well-being in our community. We are deeply committed to establishing a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where every person can explore, transform, and grow. We express our sincere gratitude to Thames Valley Police, Commissioner of Police and Crime Matthew Barber and Chief Constable Jason Hogg for this opportunity, as well as to our dedicated team, partners, and community for their ongoing support. We are significantly impacting the lives of people when we work together. Stay tuned for updates on this endeavour and our future plans. We are motivated by your assistance every day to reach new levels of mental health advocacy and treatment. #mentalhealth #communitysupport #collaboration #thamesvalley
