It was a great pleasure to participate to the third edition of the D-Phil Prize for French students starting the final year of their doctorate at the University of Oxford. This year includes participants working in each of the University’s academic Divisions (Medical Sciences, Social Sciences, Humanities and MPLS). Bravo for all participants for the quality of your presentations, your enthusiasm, your success to make accessible your topics. Théana Johnson, Jean-Guillaume M., Marie Martine, Cassandra Jacobson Russo, you represent at the best level the quality of the French-British higher education cooperation. After deliberations the prize was attributed to Marie Martine for her talk on “Ferments ot Anarchy. French women Writers and Naturalism”. Many thanks to Pascal Marty, Maison Française d'Oxford and Lionel Tarassenko for organizing this wonderful initiative. Catriona Seth Ambassade de France au Royaume-Uni France Universités
