Every day is a good day to celebrate women, but with #InternationalWomensDay tomorrow, we wanted to shed some light on interesting figures from the group. - 51% of all Andras Hotels employees are women - 50% of Associate Directors are women - 51% of Heads of Departments across the whole group are women But this isn't only about numbers... In the past couple of years, we have enhanced our maternity and parental leave, introduced a new menopause policy and increased the amount of wellbeing sessions including yoga, health check-ups and talks about women's health with our healthcare partner Kingsbridge Healthcare Group. All of this in an effort to create a supportive and fulfilling work environment for employees. ANDRAS HOUSE ACQUIRES TRAVELODGE IN BELFAST IN DEAL SUPPORTED BY DANSKE BANK Hotel and leisure group Andras House has completed the £8.75m acquisition of the Travelodge on Brunswick Street in Belfast in a deal supported by Danske Bank. Andras House Ltd is a leading property development and hospitality company based in Belfast, with over 1,300 guest rooms across 12 hotels and apartment properties including the Crowne Plaza, Hampton by Hilton and Holiday Inn hotels in the city.
