From personal experience, I've found that embracing the different thought processes and talents everyone brings to the table can be transformative in the workplace. It forces us to reconsider our one-size-fits-all approach to education and employment. In the UK, many companies are beginning to realize the enormous potential that lies in a neurodiverse team, observing significant benefits in creativity and productivity. Beyond the statistics and corporate gains, though, it's the human stories that resonate most. Every conversation about neurodiversity is a step towards inclusivity. By sharing my journey, I hope to empower others who may feel misunderstood or sidelined due to neurological differences. We all have a place. We all have value.
