Thank you to David Bownes from Blatchford for travelling down to the West Country to demo the Turtlebrace splint to members of the physiotherapy team at Arbor Neurorehabilitation Services. A new thin thermoplastic product to the UK that can be used to serial brace a joint following loss of range and can be heated up and remoulded up to 250 times. Could be a game changer for serial casting in the community. Looking forward to trialling it with two clients who have lost range into ankle dorsiflexion affecting their ability to stand and walk. #turtlebrace #stroke #braininjury #blatchford #physiotherapy #NeuroPhysio
