The unemployment rate remained unchanged at 4.1pc, still close to a five-decade low of 3.4pc reached in early 2023, the Labor Department reported today. There were nearly 3.5bn lbs of renewable feedstocks sent to biodiesel, renewable diesel, and sustainable aviation fuel production in August this year, up from fewer than 3bn lbs a year prior, according to the US Energy Information Administration's (EIA) latest Monthly Biofuels Capacity and Feedstocks Update report.
