Organised by Age Scotland, Grey Matters Active Ageing, and the Argyll and Bute Third Sector Interface, these events are providing a warm welcome and a wealth of information for people over 50 Here’s what attendees have said so far: "What a buzz! There was a warm welcome and lots of information, enjoyed the coffee and meeting people to chat!" About us
The Argyll and Bute Third Sector Interface (TSI) stands as a beacon of support and development for the third sector within Argyll and Bute. We encompass charities, community groups, social enterprises, and voluntary organisations, all working towards enriching our community without the drive for private profit. As one of 32 Third Sector Interfaces in Scotland, our mission is to develop capacity, encourage collaboration, and provide essential resources and advice. Funded mainly by the Scottish Government there are 4 aspects to our role; Being a central source of knowledge – 3rd sector, national and local policy. Ensuring the local third sector has a strong voice at a strategic level – locally and nationally. Builds the capacity of volunteering, voluntary and community organisations and social enterprise to achieve positive change. Connection – providing leadership, vision and coordination to the local third sector, including through partnership and collaboration.
