    “Social Media garners reactions, but real conversations create conversations” We all use Social Media…..well most of us 😉 To tell the world who we’re with, what we’re eating, what we’re watching, whether we’re happy or sad, why we decided to strip the wallpaper in the spare room or why we’re an Organisation of Choice’ Social media has very much revolutionised communication, offering a platform where ideas can spread like wildfire which can create instantaneous reactions⁉️ However, while likes, shares and comments can create an adrenaline rush or a buzz, they often lack depth and meaningful engagement ☹️ And this is why we L😍VE proper conversations These can be phone calls, video call or face-to-face 🤩 Why do we prefer these?? It creates a level of personal connection that social media cannot and will not be able to replicate 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 Conversations allows for us to build rapport and trust, this goes a VERY long way to building interactive, inspiring and engaging relationships 🤩 Social media is a tool, it’s valuable to add broad outreach and create initial contact, but it lacks personality However, conversations have a personal touch that really solidifies relationships, cultivates trust and drives real impact for you and your business.     A need for positive change….. This was the inception of an idea back in 2010 and fundamentally where Arthur Jackman began We had a desire to provide guidance and support to Small to Medium sized organisations How?? We helped those organisations who wanted new talent but were not ready to bring them on, so we were added part-time to provide direction, strategy and development and then assisted in the recruitment process Over the years we evolved, we added to our team, expanding into new and old territories 💡 New areas such as assisting a dynamic and proactive Print, Design and Marketing Company by becoming a Director or helping a telecommunications retail firm to expand their stores, recruit new sales advisors and managers as well as implement training and a new HR Department. 🔎 Old areas, by working with some of the best Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers and Conveyancing Firms in the UK – YOPA, Countrywide, Fine and Country, etc, and head hunting the talent they needed such as Valuers, Conveyancers and qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisors We also took the opportunity to start working with some exemplary non-profits – Menphys, Mind, Koi Sports, etc In 2020 we paused, for a short while, taking the time to strategically re-engineer and evolve our expertise to ensure that we are better placed to provide more support and guidance Change is inevitable If you resist and are unable to flex - who you are - what you do - and why you do what you do you will unfortunately be left behind ❗❗ So, why do we do what we do?
