🌍💚 It’s #WorldMentalHealthDay and this year the importance of prioritising mental health and wellbeing in the workplace is being highlighted. We can all help to make a difference by fostering open conversations, balance, and compassion for ourselves and others. Many in our membership network already do fantastic work in this area, using creativity as a tool to support wellbeing – and we’ll share some of these stories throughout the day. Curious about how creativity can support wellbeing in your workplace? Join us for The Art of Wellbeing: Finding Your Balance on 12 Nov, 1-2pm. This workshop uses a combination of physical theatre and creative therapy techniques and focuses primarily on the impact of stress on the body/mind and what we can do to manage, alleviate and reclaim a sense of balance in our daily and working lives > https://lnkd.in/enVZCTbD
