As part of the refurbishment project, Aspire Construction successfully completed extensive building works within a tight six-week timeframe. The project aimed to upgrade the front entrance, incorporating elements such as cladding, lighting, railings, windows, flooring, and decoration. Despite challenges such as maintaining access to the emergency fire exit and the unexpected discovery of asbestos, Aspire Construction effectively managed the project, minimising disruptions and ensuring timely completion. Sir John Deane’s College, Northwich, is experiencing increasing demand for places, due to its exceptional reputation and enhanced facilities. The swimming pool at the college was closed in 2020 due to the introduction of COVID restrictions, which is now being developed into new classrooms and student zones to increase its learning capacity. Aspire Construction has been appointed as the main contractor for the transformation of the redundant swimming pool facilities into classrooms and additional study space.
