We are excited to announce the successful completion of the Victoria Street Internal & External Refurbishment and University Health Centre Refurbishment projects for the The University of Sheffield. The refurbishment of this Grade II listed Victorian villa involved extensive structural alterations and careful planning. A significant challenge was the removal of an existing chimney stack to increase floor area, which required detailed temporary works designs, structural investigations, and a complex sequence of operations in confined work areas. We also completed significant reconfiguration works on the first floor of the University Health Centre, creating additional consultation areas to accommodate rising patient numbers. We’re looking forward to seeing how these refurbishments enhance the experiences of students, staff, and visitors at the University!
