This business were spending hours each week wading through direct advert response and not getting anywhere for one of two main reasons... - The applicants were highly competitive after applying for a number of other job opportunities - meaning they spent a lot of time interviewing just for them to go off the market before the end of the process. (5%) - The applicants were highly aspirational, or in other words, just didn't have the experience needed for the position. (95%) They then engaged Attis to support and within 72 hours we had submitted x5 profiles, x3 of who weren't actively applying and were headhunted from direct competitors. All x5 were booked in for interview, which we of course helped arrange as well. As you can see, they were thankful for getting their time back to focus on other pressing responsibilities.
