Sean and Ben are our newest members to join the service engineering team. Sean is an experienced commercial gas engineer and has a calm approach to finding faults on our clients HVAC equipment. Away from work Sean enjoys spending time with his family and coaching at his children’s football club. Ben is our newest apprentice and is keen, enthusiastic and is already a great addition to our team. Away from work Ben enjoys playing football, enjoying quality time with friends & family and grabbing of the odd glass of whiskey. On Thursday 3rd October, we enjoyed a day out the office🥳 The weather was amazing at 16 degrees and no rain☀️  The morning was spent with Hannah Miller — sidekick who we would like to say a massive thank you to, for coming out and presenting an incredible workshop to us all, going into our strengths and how we can play to them within our departments & make the whole team more exceptional than it is already! The real fun started after lunch, we got into teams and took part in hover crafting, axe throwing and power turn driving! (The team soon found out who they needed to avoid on the roads!)

We’ve recently completed the installation of an air conditioning system in a client's canteen/restroom so the staff can feel comfortable while having a well-earned break. Due to the fact that they run a 24/7 operation, the canteen gets very well used so we have planned our work to minimise any disruption and disturbance to the team. With them operating around the clock, they needed a system that could cater to the varying outside temperatures and staff requirements. We fitted a Mitsubishi Heavy Industries heat-pump system and the heating/cooling functionality has gone down better than a ham sandwich with the staff! As far as we’re aware, even in the 21st century water still doesn’t flow uphill. During a recent callout to a new client who asked us to ‘look at a few issues’, our engineer found the original installers had installed the drains running uphill which helped to explain why the air conditioning units had the ability to turn into office water features when they wanted cooling… #itfeelsrightanditis #airconditioning #service #quality #hvac

We recently had a desperate call from a client saying “Please send someone to site immediately as we’ve got a gas leak”… On arrival our engineer soon identified the corroded section of pipe that was leaking & then confirmed that we’d advised the client about 3 months previously that the pipe was in poor condition & needed replacing which the client decided to ignore.
