Avantak Machinery is one of the most innovative providers of window manufacturing machinery and components in the UK. Part of the Quanex group of companies, with a worldwide reach, Avantek is unique in that it carries a wide range of machinery in stock. This means that instead of waiting up to 16 weeks for your machinery to be custom built, Avantek can often deliver and install it within the same week, so your window production facility can keep running with minimum disruption. Avantek Machinery also has the UK's first fully operational machinery showroom at its Head Office in Derbyshire. Customers are welcome to come and see machinery demonstrations and meet the Avantek team, which also includes full-time technical engineers to ensure installations are carried out swiftly and accurately. An official dealer for a range of quality machinery brands including Wegoma and Urban, Avantek has also developed the highly successful Supercut machining and cutting centre, which is offered in a choice of sizes and can double production output!

Our Supercut6 Machining Centre is the latest investment for our Pearl Windows Factory and is designed to efficiently produce 800 – 900 frames per week - depending on mix. This will be added to the 6 we currently have within our factory. It is computer driven with Windows 10 software and seamlessly meshes into our current window fabrication software for the ultimate in precision profile optimisation. It simultaneously performs machining and cutting for even greater output and efficiency.
