The Cancer Fund for Children is an incredible charity making a profound difference for those in need, and Axial3D is proud to support their work. This past weekend, our CEO Roger Johnston helped organize a luncheon featuring inspiring talks by Ulster Rugby Legends and the inspiring Romeo. On Sunday, some of the Axial3D team swapped their usual attire for mud gear to take part in the Cancer Fund for Children Bog Run at Castlewellan Forest Park. A big thank you to everyone who organized, volunteered, and donated—every little bit counts!

Case Study of the Week Surgeons successfully minimized risk in a complex cardiac surgery using a #3Dprinted model for a patient with a congenital heart defect. Given the patient's history of multiple prior cardiac surgeries, a transcatheter approach was favored over traditional methods to address post-repair pulmonary atresia and a ventricular septal defect. With the help of the 3D printed heart model, the surgical team carefully planned and executed the procedure, ensuring optimal outcomes while reducing potential complications.
