Our latest LEAD event focused on defining success as a finance leader and we were pleased to welcome guest speakers Nick Guest, Joy Sicilia Oliveros, and Thomas Hornbuckle, each of whom has navigated unique paths from private practice to their current leadership positions. The panel shared their personal insights on how confidence and ambition play a crucial role in achieving success and opened up about their career journeys, explaining how their ambitions grew from simply wanting to qualify to finding their true niches. The panel hosted by our own Joe Develing, gave the audience a real insight into how success can change as you evolve and grow, but one point all focused on was that, qualifications can open doors, but commercial acumen, leadership exposure, and tangible contributions beyond basic duties are what truly drive hiring decisions. To find more out this event or LEAD contact Joe Develing or Danny Kay.
