Welcome to the Ayra Magazine Internship Program! We are thrilled to have you on board and look forward to your contributions to our publication. To ensure a productive and rewarding experience, we have outlined the following rules and guidelines for the internship: Program Duration Start Date: 27-5-2024 End Date: 27-08-2024 Total Duration: 3 months Internship Requirements To successfully complete the internship and be eligible for the stipend, interns must meet the following criteria: Article Submission: Interns are required to write and submit a minimum of 5 articles during the 3-month period. Articles must be relevant to Ayra Magazine's content themes and adhere to our editorial guidelines. Article Approval and Publication: Each submitted article must be reviewed and assigned by the editorial team. Only articles that are approved and assigned for publication will count towards the stipend requirement. Interns must incorporate any feedback and revisions requested by the editorial team promptly. Deadlines and Timeliness: Interns are expected to submit articles by the agreed deadlines. Consistently meeting deadlines is crucial for both personal progress and maintaining the magazine's publication schedule. Stipend Eligibility Interns who meet the requirement of submitting and getting at least 5 articles assigned for publication within the 3-month period will be eligible for a stipend, certificate, letter of recommendation and will get published in the Ayra Magazine The stipend amount will be 8K INR. Stipends will be disbursed once 5 articles are reviewed and assigned. Editorial Process Article Topics: Topics must be pre-approved by the editorial team to ensure they align with the magazine’s focus. Submission Format: Articles should be submitted in the format specified by the editorial team (e.g., Word document, Google Docs). Review Cycle: Articles will undergo a review process, including feedback and revisions. Interns must be responsive to editorial feedback to ensure timely publication. Performance and Conduct Quality Standards: Articles must meet Ayra Magazine’s quality standards, including originality, accuracy, and clarity. Professionalism: Interns are expected to maintain a professional demeanor in all communications and interactions. Ethics: All content must be original and free from plagiarism. Proper attribution must be given for any referenced material. Support and Resources Interns will have access to resources, including style guides, writing tips, and mentorship from experienced editors. Regular check-ins and feedback sessions will be conducted to support interns in their writing journey.
