Every day, Eurofighter Typhoon secures the skies on Quick Reaction Alert (QRA) over more than 1.4m kilometres of sovereign air space in Germany, Italy, Spain and the UK, and keeps a combined population of more than 257m people safe. Over the past two years, 80% of operational air missions conducted by the Eurofighter partner nations have been actioned by Typhoon, with the jet also being regularly operated by air forces in the Middle East. Its role providing a key role in NATO air policing protecting Europe’s eastern flank underlines operators’ confidence in Typhoon’s performance. http://baes.co/vVC350TUw5I

An independent study published by PwC in 2024 shows the potential value of increased export sales of Eurofighter Typhoon the economics of the jet’s European partner nations – Germany, Italy, Spain and the UK. The sales of 200 additional aircraft to export and domestic customers would mean around 30% of the investment of partner nations would return as tax revenues. Today each Typhoon aircraft contributes £349m (€407m) in economic value and £85.7m (€100m) in taxes across its operational life. Find out more: http://baes.co/ns8j50TNw24
