When participation is made available to all, we can enrich our industry, unlock diverse stories and connect with audiences in new and profound ways. Editor and journalist, Jennifer McShane sat down to chair a roundtable discussion focused on removing barriers facing disabled people on set. Joining Jennifer during the roundtable was BAFTA's Chair, Sara Putt, ITV's Head of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Chair, Sam Tatlow MBE, ITV Studios' Director of Production for Drama, Julie Clark, and TV Access Project (TAP) Project lead, Heloise Beaton (Eli).
