We're thrilled to announce that our 49.5MW/99MWh battery storage project in Hinckley, south-west Leicestershire, has secured planning approval! 🛠️ This state-of-the-art facility will store renewable energy during peak generation and release it when demand is high, helping power around 25,000 homes and stabilizing the grid as we push toward a #NetZero future. What a day we had on Thursday - we held our first Culture Day in Liverpool City Centre! The day was dedicated to reflecting on our core values, mission, and vision, celebrating Balance Power's success so far, and discussing our future growth. 🌱 The directors provided valuable insights into how our company culture is embedded in everything we do and what it means to have a great culture. For us, a strong culture means fostering a supportive, collaborative, and innovative environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute their best. The event included a workshop that helped strengthen our team connection, reinforcing the importance of culture in driving our success. We also want to thank Jamie Wray, Ways To WOW and Oriel Studios for their continued support in helping make our Culture Day a special one. It was an inspiring day that brought us all closer together.
