Bamboo is a professional collective, with experts from workplace mental health, HR, OT and communications. We help employers improve mental health support and improve resilience. Our team collaborates with HR managers, occupational health and senior leaders to help employers protect themselves and demonstrate staff care. I grew a beard after recovering from depression and anxiety in my 20s. I knew I'd recovered after noticing my appetite had returned in a trip to France. Now I've had my first close shave in 20 years - half of which I've been striving for better workplace mental health. So here we go.
