✨ We've got big news ✨ We’re delighted to announce that Baseimmune has joined us at the Apex. 🎉 Baseimmune will occupy 3,350 sq ft of lab and office space in our new fully fitted, grow-on space at the Apex building, within the Tribeca located in the King's Cross Knowledge Quarter. This is one of two pre-lets and brings LBIC’s pre-let occupancy at the Apex to 35%.
