Fragrance line, this marks the first time Liberty London has stepped out from its Regents Street location.   Until Monday 6th January 2025, the Liberty LBTY. Fragrance pop-up will offer a unique retail experience, where visitors can immerse themselves in the world of Liberty’s artisanal fragrances within the dramatic setting of Battersea Power Station. Chairman of Battersea Power Station Project Holding Company, Tan Sri Jagan Sabapathy, delivered a keynote speech at Opportunity London’s Global Investment Summit at the London Real Estate Forum earlier this morning. Discussing how the Malaysian investment into Battersea Power Station brought to fruition a regeneration project that had taken three decades to get off the ground, Tan Sri Jagan explored the key factors which made it a success; shared objectives, collaboration, a progressive planning framework, and determination.   Sharing his thoughts with other global businesses considering investment into London, Tan Sri Jagan remarked: “We are potentially on the cusp of a new era for the real estate industry in London, but it requires willing leadership at all levels and I encourage everyone to take up the mantle of delivery. What we have achieved at Battersea Power Station has been truly phenomenal – they said it couldn’t be done. Imagine what London could achieve if we replicated that mindset, that relentless focus on delivery and collaboration, across this great city.” Opportunity London Jace Tyrrell

The world’s first-ever permanent standalone TRANSFORMERS and PEPPA PIG stores will be opening at Battersea Power Station in November 2024. Event Merchandising in collaboration with Hasbro, a leading toy and game company, will be opening the new stores in the 40th and 20th anniversaries for TRANSFORMERS and PEPPA PIG respectively. Battersea Power Station is celebrating its strongest summer to date with a 17% growth in footfall year-on-year from mid-July to the end of August 2024 and total visitor numbers exceeding 22 million since the iconic landmark opened to the public for the first time in history in October 2022.   Large-scale events helped to draw record visitor numbers including The Battersea Games, which saw Battersea Power Station host an official TeamGB Fanzone and ParalympicsGB Fanzone for Paris 2024. More than 70 pop-up brand activations have been hosted so far in 2024, including Aperol's disco-themed activation, Aperidisco, IWC Schaffhausen immersive pop-up space in Malaysia Square to celebrate its 10-year partnership with Lewis Hamilton, and INEOS Automotive welcoming visitors to step foot inside their newest 4x4s in Turbine Hall B inside the Power Station.   In the first half of 2024, Battersea Power Station averaged a retail and leisure opening every month, with new brands including El Pastor, Two Drops, Third Space, Santa Nata and LIPS Healthcare. Brand openings still to come at the riverside neighbourhood include Marks and Spencer's first standalone clothing store, Macaroni Penguin, % ARABICA, The Duck and Rice, Blank Street Coffee, Bizzy Me, Heartcore Pilates and R.W.
