Project Dynamis RFI Now Live: Accelerating Coalition C2 Capabilities After an intensive week at the Marine Forces Pacific Coalition C2 Sprint in Hawaii with Bob Sholtis and teams of subject matter experts, U.S. Indo-Pacific Command J6, J7, and J8 with Project Overmatch leadership and Japan insights by Erik Pittman, the official RFI for Project Dynamis has been published. Last month, our team facilitated direct collaboration between US and Japanese defense counterparts, focusing on maritime domain awareness, logistics, and unmanned systems data sharing. This immersive more-than-tabletop sprint with industry partners helped refine real requirements for allied interoperability. Project Dynamis serves as MARFORPAC's technical strategy for rapidly prototyping battle management capabilities that support Naval Service contributions to Combined Joint All-Domain Command and Control (CJADC2). This initiative directly addresses critical gaps in multi-domain secure communications, tactical data links, and AI-enabled decision support. Key technology areas include: - Self-healing mesh networks for contested environments - 5G integration with military tactical networks - Edge computing for forward-deployed forces - Cross-domain security solutions for coalition operations For defense tech companies working in these spaces, this represents a concrete opportunity to field solutions that strengthen the US alliance frameworks.
