I‘m delighted to share latest news from our French Refurbishment Project “Tour Ariane” in Berlin next week.   Giving a new breath of life to a 50-year-old tower through upgrading its energy performance and enhancing the user experience and comfort is a big asset management challenge. The project is of rare complexity, combining respecting and re-using the original design and materials, while executing a major refurbishment on an occupied office skyscraper at the core of the dense La Défense business district of Paris. We are proud to have taken on this challenge.

Fantastic to see BauMont Real Estate Capital Limited's and YardNine’s sustainability-focused Edenica commercial scheme on London’s Fetter Lane achieve a design stage BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ rating.   Designed by Fletcher Priest Architects, this 94,000 sq ft scheme optimises operational energy efficiency and slashes embodied carbon. As part of our multidisciplinary support for Edenica, our sustainability team is piloting the use of Materials Passports, embedding circular economy principles from the outset to boost the future re-use of key materials.   Congratulations to the whole project team!   BREEAM Official | BRE 📷 courtesy of YardNine

We are excited to share that, in partnership with V7, we have completed our first acquisition for our core-plus strategy! One Smart's Place is a 39,148 sq ft freehold office building in Holborn. We aim to elevate the building to have best-in-class characteristics, including improved ESG credentials, and new common areas and amenities.

✨𝐈𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐞́𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞 ✨ Lime Capital poursuit son tour des immeubles emblématiques et s’arrête aujourd’hui au pied de la Tour LEGENDE (anciennement Tour EDF ou PB6) à La Défense, construite en 2001 pour le compte d’EDF. Cet IGH mesure 165 m de hauteur et constitue un point de repère sur la dalle de la Défense. Les 60 000 m² de ce bâtiment emblématique ont été dessinés par Leoh Ming Pei, à qui l’on doit notamment la Pyramide du Louvre. L’actif a été cédé fin 2019 par CNP Assurances via AEW à BauMont Real Estate Capital Limited et son operating partner Aquila Asset Management pour le compte du fonds souverain singapourien GIC.   EDF s’est recentré sur une partie de la tour (38.000 m²), et son logo a été déposé pour permettre à de nouveaux utilisateurs de se sentir totalement chez eux dans cette tour iconique. BauMont et Aquila ont parié sur une offre servicielle très haut de gamme managée par Châteauform'Inside, pour attirer de nouvelles entreprises. 2 nouveaux locataires dont Morning sont arrivés suite à la rénovation des surfaces libérées, et un 3ème a signé pour un emménagement cette année. La rénovation d’envergure menée par l’agence BSTLL permet d’offrir aux occupants plusieurs salles de réunion/board rooms, une brasserie, un auditorium, une salle de fitness, une conciergerie, un wellness… le tout dans les 2 derniers étages aux vues imprenables !!!   Laurent de FRANSSU a eu l’opportunité de visiter la Tour Légende en compagnie d’Eric Salmon et Eugénie Miguet Delpon de BAUMONT. #limecapital #capitalmarket #immobilierdebureaux
