We had a terrific evening yesterday at our second annual Mellitt Memorial Lecture, hosted by Paul Plummer, Edd Stewart and Prof. Jeff Allan. Our speaker was our (previously) very own Clive Roberts now at Durham University who gave us a whistle-stop tour of his 27 years of research here in School of Engineering, University of Birmingham. Many thanks to the approx 70 people who came out on a chilly evening to hear him, catchup with old friends and meet new ones. We're already looking forward to next year! Watch this space for date and speaker 📅
