    This #CybersecurityAwarenessMonth, it’s crucial to stay informed about the latest threats.  Beaming’s Cyber Threat Report for Q3 2024 reveals a staggering increase in cyberattacks, with UK businesses facing an average of 2,192 attacks per day – that’s one every 39 seconds. Key findings include: - Record High Attacks: The summer of 2024 saw the highest volume of cyberattacks ever recorded, with a 10% increase from the previous quarter. - Global Threat Sources: A significant portion of attacks originated from China (21%), the USA (8%), and India (7%). - Targeted Applications: IoT devices, company databases, and remote desktops were the most frequently targeted.     Ofcom have announced that broadband providers must be clear about the connections they provide, making a distinction between "full fibre" or "part-fibre" services. Our research found that the adoption of Cloud Computing has increased from 30% of businesses at the start of 2020 to 36% today. ☁Adoption of cloud has increased most among organisations with more than ten people.
