The Behaviour Smart Podcast is here!!! Episode 1 - Broken to Brilliant In this episode we will be talking to Kieran Mace. Kieran has been through the care system and in this podcast he will talk to us about his experiences, his highs and his lows. Follow the extraordinary journey of a young person who navigated the turbulent world of the foster care system, found himself lost in the prison system, and ultimately emerged as a powerful voice for change. In this inspiring podcast, hear firsthand how resilience, self-discovery, and the drive to make a difference led him from the depths of struggle to becoming a sought-after keynote speaker. It's a story of defying the odds, rewriting a future, and showing that no matter where you start, transformation is possible. Busy day tomorrow. 😂
Tomorrow is a very big day for Behaviour Smart Ltd Tomorrow morning we will be launching Behaviour Smart AI, an incident recording system that advises staff on all things behaviour following the completion of an incident report. It is so amazing and I am so proud of our entire team for bringing my vision to life. Then at 11 am we launch a brand new internal system that will keep our partners informed and organised so that we can provide the best quality service. Massive thanks to Kate Whitley for all of your support with this. Then at 3pm we record our first ever Behaviour Smart Podcast. Even if you are not interested in behaviour at all our first ever guest is so inspirational and I am honoured to be able to interview him and allow him tell you his story, it will make you laugh and cry. I'll let you know when it is going live because you won't want to miss it.

Get in touch to find out what we have been plotting.
Remember Remember the Fifth of November On the 5th November 1605, Guy Fawkes was involved in a plot to blow up the Houses of Parliament. Fawkes was responsible for lighting the fuse to the barrels of gunpowder. On the 5th of November 2024, Behaviour Smart is going to be lighting the fuse which will blow other incident recording systems away. Do you want to see what we are plotting?

Want to have your say?
Opportunities like this don’t come along very often. The review panel are running a call for evidence, inviting people to share their ideas for potential improvements to the curriculum and assessment system and details of anything that doesn’t work. The review will look closely at challenges to attainment for young people and barriers which hold them back.
