Teri Tsang, Director and Hong Kong Studio Lead, and @Conor Gan, Business Development Manager, represented #Benoy at the #ULIPhilippines Annual Conference 2025 in Manila on March 26. Themed "Hyperconnected Horizons: Redefining Philippine Competitiveness," the event brought together industry leaders shaping the future of the #builtenvironment.   Teri joined as a speaker on the panel "Rethinking Assets: Adapting to Changing Times," moderated by Eric Manuel, Director of #ARCH Capital Management Co. Ltd. Joining her were Yvette Koh from #Gensler and Nina Yang from #CPG Corporation.
