    It took the States by storm, and we wondered what the big fuss was … so here we are giving this very American block buster a try! Always wanting to be at the forefront of consumer trends and bring novelties to our customers and retailers, we are proud to share our latest addition to our impressive list of NPDs this year. Cheez-it, the $1bn brand from America, has landed in our depots nationwide and online! Promising a cheez-hit, Cheez-it from Kellanova is part of our continued efforts to support retailers and offer their shoppers access to exciting new products. That is why we work hard with key suppliers to support them to bring their NPD to life with a big bang! Promising a true cheese flavour, Kellanova have created a great taste product, tweaking the US recipe for European tastebuds and we are happy to onboard on their ambitious journey to replicate the success the brand has seen in the States. The £1.25 PMP Double Cheese and Cheese & Chilli flavours have been launched across the wholesale and retail estate as part of our exciting Group NPD launches and are supported by amazing POS, online presence, as well as digital and print comms. Plus the PMPs packs deliver a value proposition for the channel! We would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you for the support our colleagues have offered in bringing this activation to life and express our gratitude for the trust supplier partners continue to have in us launching their brilliant NPDs that continue to drive our channel!

    NEW Rum Stripe in Ready-To-Drink formats from The HEINEKEN Company have landed exclusively at Bestway last week! To give them maximum exposure we’re driving this exciting NPD through our Group NPD package across our entire estate. The three exciting and mouthwatering flavours mix Caribbean rum & real fruit juices: Rum Punch, Cherry & Cranberry and Pineapple & Coconut - could not be more perfect for carnivals & festivals and to make the summer last longer! Bestway is dedicated to bringing innovation and fantastic launches to our retailers, celebrating product developments from our innovative suppliers. That is why we have once again upped our game in creating in-depot theatre and executions, online and digital comms to support these amazing RTDs – an authentic range of Jamaican, Rum based cocktails. We’re incredibly lucky to work with amazing supplier partners who continue to provide support and drive NPD launches . . . and much appreciate the involvement of our colleagues to bring these activations alive in our depots and online!     It is a pleasure to celebrate with our retailers and suppliers during the Catering Trade Day in our Edgware Road depot today. With the depot being one of our key catering hubs, we wanted to replicate last year’s successful day and bring retailers and suppliers together again this year. We prepared special deals today only and we had a great participation for existing customers as well as new ones exploring Bestway. It is a great opportunity to gather feedback and improve relationships at a local level, but also to learn and collaborate closer in the future, to continuously improve our product ranges and respond to market requirements.     Red Bull are famous for their Wiiings . . so, we thought it fitting to launch their latest NPD flavour Red Bull Pink Sugarfree in style, supported by the Bestway Group NPD wings across our entire estate and the beautiful pink cans are literally flying off the shelves! We are always looking to bring best in class execution for our supplier NPD launches and are hugely excited with this fantastic, continued collaboration. From in-depot theatre and executions, to online and comms, we bring the message to all our retailers shopping with us and drive excitement with this amazing product launch. Bestway is dedicated to bringing innovation and excitement to launches and celebrating outstanding sales performance! NPDs are pivotal to our commitment to our customers and the end shopper, driving and celebrating novelty in the market. Keep your eyes peeled for more to come later this year.     The temperatures are certainly rising with the launch of our latest campaign, not only are our supplier partners and brands looking ‘smokin hot’ but we have red hot deals for our retailers to drive those summer sales! Our latest Barbecue Summer campaign is now live across our depots nationwide and online – packed with footfall leading brands and unmissable deals to drive sales and get customers ready to enjoy a big summer of sports, including the Olympics, Paralympics and Men's and Women's T20 World Cups. Our depots are bursting with summer deals and activations across soft drinks, beers, wines, ciders, snacks and confectionery categories, brought to life with exciting and impactful in depot theatre, themed for the barbecue season, to help retailers navigate their shopping during the summer months. For our online and digital experience, we have even created our very own weather widget to help retailers prepare their shops according to the wonderful British weather! Featured on our homepages and in our apps, this responsive and real time feature offers customers weekly weather updates. What’s more, logged in users can see the weather forecast for their location. Pretty cool, right! We would like to thank all our supplier partners who take part in this much anticipated campaign - your continued support and collaboration is invaluable.     The GroceryAid Coast-to-Coast cycling challenge is returning with our own MD Dawood Pervez participating for the sixth time alongside our colleagues from Bestway Vans Direct Rob Chisholm and Daniel Forth. This 200+ miles cycle challenge takes cyclists through some of the most scenic views that England has to offer, cycling from Whitehaven to Whitby for a spectacular three-day ride. The three are taking part in this challenge to help raise funds for GroceryAid, who for over 160 years has been a pillar of support within the food and beverage industry, assisting colleagues through various challenges. Being part of this activity demonstrates our continued commitment for advancing the charity’s mission to support industry professionals.
