🚨 We have Breaking News! 🚨 We're delighted to announce the launch of 'Breaking News', a continuation of our 'Never Ordinary' global brand platform, first launched last August by bet365 and Creative Agency Partner, Drummond Central The start of the 24/25 Premier League marked the launch of our epic 'Breaking News' television advert campaign, with the marathon-winning “Fridge Man” making his debut in bet365’s new brand advert, ahead of kick-off in the Premier League opener between Manchester United and Fulham. With a sports news network at the centre of the campaign, watch as news anchors cover an array of extraordinary sporting moments across a day. From a football player scoring a goal from hanging off the spider cam, a tennis player returning the ball from row 6, all the way to a man with a fridge on his back winning a marathon. The spot places these Never Ordinary moments within a live, In-Play world, perfectly showcasing what bet365 is best known for. Chloe Shrubb, bet365's Global Head of Brand Marketing, commented: “bet365 is back with Never Ordinary, and this year, the challenge is even greater. We’ve got a hard act to follow from last year's successful campaign and it's only the second year of a very different and evolving direction for bet365. I’m really excited about this creative, it’s a beautifully simple idea that really articulates how bet365 elevates moments. We are absolutely unique, standout and we’re Never Ordinary.” bet365 are also proud to incorporate responsible gambling into the new ‘Breaking News’ creative platform. We will continue with our PLAY SAFE | bet365 campaign, and have produced a standalone advert within the Breaking News environment to fully support our responsible gambling message. #bet365 #BreakingNews #NeverOrdinary

🌟 Never Ordinary: Our Commitment to Community and Environment 🌟 At bet365, we believe in going beyond the ordinary, not just in the work we do, but in how we give back to our community and environment.  This week, some of our extraordinary team members took a step outside the office and into the heart of nature for a cause that speaks volumes about who we are as a company. 🍃 On a bright and beautiful day, armed with bags and gloves, our dedicated employees embarked on a litter-picking mission along the scenic Caldon Canal, just a stone's throw away from our Stoke offices. It wasn't just about cleaning up; it was a testament to our collective commitment to making a difference, one piece of litter at a time. 💡 We're proud of our team's initiative and the impact we made. This is just one of the many ways we strive to make a difference. Stay tuned for more stories of how we're challenging the ordinary, both inside and outside our office walls. #NeverOrdinary #CommunityEngagement #EnvironmentalCare #Teamwork #MakingADifference #CaldonCanalCleanup #ProudTeam #bet365

🌞📚 Summer Reads: What's on Our Team's Bookshelves? 📚🌞    At bet365, we believe that continuous learning and personal growth are key to our success. This summer, our team members are diving into a variety of books that inspire, educate, and entertain. Here’s a glimpse into what some of us are reading:    Matthew Heyhoe, Lead Business Systems Analyst Book: Think Again by Adam Grant Why They Chose It: This incredible book made me realise that some 'facts' I held onto were actually opinions I hadn't revisited in years. For instance, 'Manchester United is the biggest team in the world' might have been true a decade ago, but is it still accurate now? Or considering 'I vote for Labour because they care about the less well-off'—do their policies in the upcoming election manifesto reflect this? While your views might not be wrong, this book serves as a reminder to verify them before asserting them as facts. Adam Grant explains these principles through engaging storytelling, and I couldn't put the book down. Helen Sneddon , Senior SACM Engineer Book: Scoundrels by James Peak and Victor Cornwall Why They Chose It: My husband found an advert for these books on the back of a Viz comic! Say what you will, but they are hilariously fantastical and will have you laughing on your sunbed all holiday. The trilogy follows two gentlemen on chaotic adventures, sometimes a bit close to the bone, but if you have a good sense of humor, you will be quoting phrases from these books and laughing to yourself for many years to come. Once you've read one, you have to read them all. Enjoy! Beth Moore, Recruitment Coordinator Book: You Don't Know Me... But a Footballer's Life by Clarke Carlisle Why They Chose It: This book is about coping with change and challenges, and how to build resilience. It's an inspiring read for anyone looking to strengthen their ability to adapt and thrive in the face of adversity. Patrick Donegan, Recruitment Manager Book: Do Hard Things: Why We Get Resilience Wrong and the Surprising Science of Real Toughness by Steve Magness Why They Chose It: I’ve always been fascinated by endurance and the power of the human body and mind to adapt and survive in difficult environments and situations. This book offers deep insights into the science of real toughness and resilience. From thrilling novels to insightful business reads, our team is exploring a wide range of topics. We’re excited to see how these books will spark new ideas and perspectives in our work. What’s on your summer reading list?
