We've been able to leverage the platform and align it to other recognition initiatives, and highlight to colleagues just how much they have available to them as part of their reward package. We're really excited to see how much more impact it can have in 2025!

It's #IWD2025 this week, so to celebrate the day and make our contribution to #AccelerateAction, our CEO, Joanne Whittaker will be delivering a live Q&A session for our colleagues on Friday.

After the first group completed their course earlier this month, we're now very proud to have had our second group of colleagues complete their Mental Health First Aider training! We've now got 31 colleagues from departments all around the business who've been trained in Mental Health First Aid. This shows the company's commitment to looking after it's most valuable asset - the people. Congratulations to everyone who completed the training and a big thanks to Colin Streatfield for his contribution to this project!
