A huge thank you to our amazing colleagues who took part in our annual GoJoe health and wellbeing challenge last month! 🙌 This year, the focus was not on the leaderboards but on 'Average Joes' and a holistic approach to wellbeing, with weekly sessions on #sleep, #mentalhealth and #nutrition alongside the #fitness activities to build lasting healthy habits beyond the competition. And the results? Incredible, over 250 colleagues across our group completed... 🏃♂️ 6,950 activities ⏳ 5,200 hours of exercise logged 🌍 19,160 km covered! We’re so proud of everyone who took part and helped make the challenge a success! ... Now, let’s keep moving - next up: the Big Bibby Spring 5K fundraiser in April! In advance of #IWD2025 tomorrow I’ve been reflecting on the last 12 months and how we as a business #AccelerateAction I’m very thankful for the opportunities I’ve been afforded whilst at Bibby Line Group, including the latest opportunity to become CFO at one of the group’s subsidiary businesses, Garic Limited. I’ve worked hard to get where I am but it’s also taken support and allyship from other colleagues who believed in me when at times I didn’t believe in myself and for that I’m incredibly grateful. So as I look at what we can do as a business it’s important that we find opportunities to support and empower each other. Across the group this year we’ve introduced new inclusive recruitment guides to remove barriers to entry, eliminate unconscious bias and hopefully create a more equitable and diverse workplace. We want to appoint the best people we can to our teams and that means we need to have the broadest candidate pool to choose from. We’re also reviewing our family leave policies to provide the best possible support for all colleagues. We will never create an equal workforce if we only ever support women to take parental leave. There’s so much more to do but I’m proud that we continue to move forwards in our aim to achieve true equity and create a workplace where everyone can thrive. Happy International Women’s Day - let’s continue to find ways to Accelerate Action together.

We're thrilled to share that we've achieved a Net Promotor Score of 72 on our latest survey that was conducted in December. This excellent score reflects the trust and confidence our customers have in us, and we're incredibly proud of this achievement. The survey has also highlighted opportunities for growth and improvement, and we're already taking steps to implement changes. These will remain a key focus for our team throughout the year. A huge thank you to our customers who took part and have provided invaluable feedback. It helps us understand what we're doing well and where we can improve, ensuring we continue to deliver the best possible service.
